    Democracy Now has confirmed Troy Davis has not been executed at the time of 7pm scheduled. A stay has not been granted yet, they are awaiting further word from the courts.

    Even if hes guilty or not, there is a pretty clear cut case for a re-trail or whatever the proper term is. People have changed testimony, and juror's have come forward and said they would have voted differently knowing what I know now.
