Btw, I only started watching this show about a month ago. I think it's a really awesome show with great storylines and characters. I love the music and the visual representation of the way the machine works.

I'm trying to get my brother to watch it too.

Yeah its an awesome show. No one i know watches, no one i tell about it watches it.(aside from my fiance who loves it) They're just like oh its on nbc, meh, that can't possibly good.

CBS, son. Get your networks straight (unless you're not in the US, in which case maybe it is on an NBC..). But yeah, have had the same experience.. The annoying thing is that anyone who I've convinced to give it a chance loves it. Too many people just write it off though..

it was pretty cool seeing everyone's previous roles and how some have changed and others have not.

Every week, I love this show more and more. Sweeps is going to be amazing. Really really really hope no one else dies though. I know they said everyone would die eventually, but doesn't make that point any less painful to anticipate. Root and Finch still have amazing chemistry, and Shaw is still awesome. I kinda expect Root to go next, but hopefully I'm wrong on that front.. All that said, I'm over Vigilance. Maybe it's because they seem like such a smaller threat than Decima and they shared the spotlight with them this week, but man, I hope we can deal with them less and more with everything going on with Decima..

The thing is, the Vigilance angle is important, the Anonymous/Occupy view on the topics the show deals with is something that needs to have a voice.

And I hate being a broken record, but if this does not finally get some attention at the Emmys later this year, it'll be a serious fucking crime.

I guess. I mean, they have their place given the story revolves around government surveillance and all, but they don't even know about the machine yet.. They seem like kids (with guns) playing an adult game.

Regarding Vigilance, every time they pop up spouting rhetoric about the government and about Samaritan, I want to grab Collier and say 'they've already done it you fuckers, now go home!'

I guess the season finale may end up with a Vigilance vs. Samaritan situation with Finch and co. spurring it along, hopefully ending up with the demise of them both.

i'm expecting the same thing sadly, i feel like its why they keep showing decima's ability to block out her communication with the machine. unless she finds a way to overcome that vulnerability, like she did last night by bringing bear along.

it's not blocking root's communication, since with the cochlear implant, root pretty much as direct line with the machine, decima just basically jams up all the electronics so the machine couldn't track him.

yea i understand that, it is effectively blocking communication though by preventing the machine from gathering any useful information to transmit. i was just being lazy with my words. i mean the machine could make small talk, but during a firefight thats not really useful.
