Awesome episode, but what could happen next season? There cant be anymore big baddies in purgatory cause the leviathans were the boss there weren't they? I would think it would have something with God involved unless they just come up with something out of nowhere.

Well, presumably, Eve and Dick are in there somewhere right now, but I doubt they'll do much with them

i dont know, this finale blows compared to the older ones. As for next season, what can possible happen? Fights against Demons (Crowly)? Done in past seasons. Or they make it Buffy style and introduce some kind of "The First" that is locked up in Purgatory.

Eve and leviathans are just monsters "The First" in Buffy is pure, oldest Evil and has no physical form. I really wouldnt set "The First" on par with Leviathans and Eve.

"The First" in Buffy was not created, it is what it is pure evil and in every being existing. But this isnt about Buffy.

I still don't understand why they want to save Meg. While she has "helped" them some, she still is the direct cause of Ellen and Joe's death, as well as a few other things that I just can't remember off the top of my head

Whatever happened to that kid, 4-6 years old, who was supposed to be powerful as fuck, but ended up bailing and never hearing from him again? I think the same season when Azazel was looking for his officers. The could potentially bring him back for a "Gone bad" remake. Unless they brought him back and I never noticed.

Either way; there's plenty of dangers in Purgatory. Remember; all of the Alphas other than the vampire one is in Purgatory. Besides; there's a fuckload of monsters that loathe Sam and Dean's gut in there to come after him.

I hope Purgatory won't be a "temporary obstacle" that he gets saved from within the first 10 min of the episode like all the other times they've died. It needs to be the main plot if the show is going to survive another season.

Wonder if they can actually die in Purgatory. Like if they can get attacked and brutally ripped to pieces and die, but then almost instantaneously return in perfect form for them to get butchered again.

Nothing. He was never heard from or mentioned again, after it was implied he whammies himself to Australia. He was the Anti-Christ.
