Was an iso, I made it to this so I could boot it from my usb drive, but now I want to burn it onto a DVD, as requested by a friend.
Is there a program I use specifically for this? I won't boot like a disk if I just burn the raw files, correct?

no, it still will as long as it still has autorun files etc.
You should be fine.

It appears I don't have any blank DVDs, time to get ghetto
Going to have to send it on an SD card... all but 69 MB, since 69 of it won't fit. Then I'll have to burn the rest on a CD-R and send the two of those and let him put it on a DVD

You can boot a windows disc from raw files? News to me.
