How do you beat challenge 3 for the pokedex? Got a couple charmanders then the geodudes stopped flowing and the manders weren't doing a good job after the dudes self destructed vs the vileplumes

Use 2 self destructs on the Golems and then catch them. With 2 of those and the Charmanders you can just afk and auto-win after that, lol.

Use geodude with defense curl up - as soon as he starts getting hit by pikachu send in pidgy. Do that twice ftw.

Pretty sure you can trade with yourself for your graveler evolution; haven't tried yet and can't at the moment so I'm not positive. I did trade with myself to get a charmander on my squirtle starter save though. In fact.. you can duplicate pokemon somehow. I fucked up a trade and essentially collected the trashy lv22 nidorano and canceled the trade of the lv14 charmander. My main save kept the lv22 nidorano but never got the charmander.

Edit: trading gravelers with yourself(another save) does work.

Not seeing pikachu... done like all of the levels 5 times in chapter 1 with weak pokemon to make sure I'm not one-shotting shit. Remember specifically which level? Because the only pikachu I've seen are the 3 in Viridian Forest 1 that you can't catch.

Wtf at Cerulean 2, that shit was easy as balls.

Cerulean 1 took me training my arcanine all the way up to par, then learning thunder fang, but then Growth/Solarbeam Ivysaur and Rain Dance/Thunder Magentite just raped the shit out of 2.
