Just finished the phone game today, was entertaining enough for being gameplay-only, but it really highlighted to me how important all the text/audio logs are for building the backstory and atmosphere.

It's good, but you can breeze through it in one sitting. It's only 3 additional chapters...Few new enemies, one new puzzle, some areas are recycled, but not by much. I feel like they could've played out the cult leader a little better, but eh...it is what it is. I think the highlight of Awakened is its ending. It explains what happens to Isaac and Carver and opens up a lot of possibilities.

Overall, definitely fun, but way too brief imo. Conan score 2817 stars.

I watched the play through on youtube, and i've gotta say, the ending is pretty awesome! It made me gulp a little bit but I think its a perfect ending and needs no further expansion

uggghhh lol, had a very good run of Hardcore going, got to the part down on the planet when Danik's men show up and there's the first rocket launcher guy, caught his rocket, threw it back at him, as it hit he fired another one, one-shotted me

Little trick I figured out for Hardcore runs, after unlocking the suit kiosk in chapter 4, save and quit, change save files to whichever one you beat the game on before, switch back to the hardcore run save file, and it should make the Engineering suit available in the Hardcore run.

The last rocket launcher guy in the game(after you finish doing things to the Machine, about 15 minutes before the end) just tagged me. Fuck this game so hard.
