quinto's character is also gay so why would he slay the mom.

Quinto didn't seem surprised when he saw rubber man before he was killed so they must have had their own suit like that for the bedroom. Unless it's someone that hasn't been introduced yet, I think it's probably Constance's husband in there as we haven't seem him lurking around the house since he died. I wonder if the ghosts know of rubber man? I don't think he's ever appeared with anyone else.

Although I wouldn't be surprised if the rubber man turns out to be some kind of personification of the house. We keep hearing that you have to treat the house right and some people don't deserve the house. The house is almost like another character in the show.

I just realised, the person Addie was playing ball with in the basement in episode 2 must have been that Rocky Dennis guy up in the attic.
