My wife and I were trying to figure out how many ghosts there were, and we came up with 17:

Constance and her husband(2), the original owner wife baby(5), the two nurses(7), the 3 who tried to kill the current owners(10), the mutant from the attic(11), tate(12), the mistress(13), the two gays(15), the red headed twins (17). Any others?

I assume the exterminator will be dead shortly after his discovery.

So is season 2 supposed to be a whole new family? Even with a new family I just don't see how it could work unless there's a bunch of other ghosts we don't know about yet and then I still don't see how it could still be as good. Hell, I'm still not even sure if the 1st season is good. Something keeps bringing me back to watch it, but I can't say I know what that it.
