It is because the offensive line play has been horrid. Michael Turner's stats have been boosted by 2 big runs; he is slow otherwise, and the line isn't helping him. He is still an above average RB because he consistently falls forward and runs over people.

Ryan is at his best in the no huddle where he gets to make all of the calls himself. His mind is his only elite attribute, but it is also the most important.

It is really a damn shame the line can't protect, because Julio can get open deep like no other.

I'm also really beginning to question Brian Van Gorder(the DC in my sig). We don't have the talent of a top 5 defense, but there is no way we should be getting shredded like this every week with some of the players we have.
