I like how people pick the cowboys for being their first "real" competition, and how we get to see if the lions are for real, meanwhile everyone and their mother dismisses every single one of the cowboys' wins.

So people are giving the Lions the same treatment as the Cowboys.

Honestly I see the Ravens winning this, it's just not sounding like a fun game to watch cause you have 2 teams with good defense, nice offensive weapons but 2 kinda ehhh QB's so far this season. Jets run game has been pretty bad this season, Ravens is on the opposite end of that spectrum, but Jets are coming off a bad defensive loss in Oakland so I can see them rallying from that to do something about it. Unless the Jets defense fucks up again it's gonna probably come down to passing yards imo.

So Sanchez needs to not have a normal Sanchez game pretty much to win this.

Sanchez has sucked for sure, but Flacco has been unflappable. He had one bad game 2 weeks ago, but besides that he's been playing lights out. Not the end all be all stat, but he had 117 passer rating vs. Steelers and 103 vs the rams.

Not the most stellar competition but I think thus far, he has been a bit more than "kinda ehh"

I'm calling the upset of the year. Dallas stuns Detroit winning 42-24. Halftime score is Detroit leading 10-0. In the stands today is Emmit Smith, Michael Irvin, and Moose Johnson. Troy Aikman, calling the game with Joe Buck, is so angry and how bad Dallas is he texts Emmit, Michael and Moose and they go meet with Jerry Jones and sign 1 year contracts, hit the field, and come roaring back. Joe Buck says, with no emotion in his voice, this is the greatest thing he has ever witnessed.

After the game speculation if Dallas can not only make the playoffs, but go deep in it, has everyone talking.

I don't get Ravens games here really, so I'm just going by their overall stats so far this season which are pretty close. Aside from misc. plays shown on Sportscenter I don't know how he's been doing in games so far this season. Flacco that close to Sanchez on the list leads me to believe he's having an 'ehhh' season so far, which I think is a fair assumption to make considering it's, well, Mark Sanchez.
