I haven't kept up on this trial too much but I guess the other guy was already convicted in 2008. So I guess no surprise she was acquitted.

Bleh, no idea if she did it or not, but the shoddy handling of the evidence and using said dna evidence that wound up not having her dna on it to convict her made it for an easy overturn of the conviction. So not surprised in the least.
