I didn't know you had 30k Alex already, just recently I remember you saying you still needed so many. How did you get the rest (so quickly)?

When they first released the Mythics, before they had the "full" weapons in the .dats even, the requirement for the second trial was 50,000 Alexandrite and there were no pouches. They were basically buying time for themselves to balance the Mythics and letting people working on the other components of the quest by introducing a roadblock.

Also, as far as how to get that much Alexandrite . . . find sellers and get lucky! I was pretty lucky as far as monopolizing my server's supply by being top buyer for two months, and then I bought large supplies off other people for a bit. I was probably 45% cross-server (14k Alex off Massimo), 50% my-server (6k Alex off one big seller and monopolized supply for 2 months), 5% farmed (~1300-1500 out of dozens of SSR runs). I started with a bit over 100mil and ended with about 20mil.

I can't find sellers for shit. I check bazzars and have tried shouting in Jeuno and have found zero zip nada. (One dude had a few for 35k but fuck that).

Most of what I see is 10-12.5k, with a few higher. JP's are increasing their bazaar prices.

Also, HMP probably won't drop below 200k on Lakshmi, there are now 3 other buyers who I know of aside from Byrth who are buying at 200k and greater.

It doesn't look like supply is going to be an issue at 200k, so I'm going to ease off it for a bit and build up my gil. I bazaar camp so hard that I'm not going to have trouble spending everything I make on the weekends, so I might as well build up a lot in case I see a ton for 100~150k.

how many people that don't like 1500 plates have also complained about 50 items for 80, 85 empy, and the increase of 75 items for lvl 90 empy~?
now they are too easy to get. ABCs at start also were like 200k a pop, slowly but surely, it dropped down to 30-50k~ ..and not sure when they went to 10k, heh

i recall SE promising few things, for one is to make people play "together" again, like in times of HNM camping, huge ls and such..
and the second is to "balance" the current best weapons, Empy mythic and relic

I had honestly thought that SE would make Empy weaker, but instead they Buffed Relic, doubled average currency per dynamis run, and um... is that 20x for the empy upgrade..>.>
Unfortunate, but not unexpected, and i do agree that the number fits the bill

Stage 4 = 6,200 coins
Stage 5 = 10,000 coins
500 + 1,600 + 6,200 + 10,000 - 3,000 = 15,300

I haven't done any VW so i can't speak for myself, read some conflicting opinions here, but if..., you can get 10-30 plates per VW run, and you can get 100-300 coins per dynamis run.. seems to balance itself out~

... i do have more to say on the topic, but i'll leave it for another time
