Because if you're going to bitch about one of our players for something that had no bearing on the outcome of the game, I"m going to bitch about one of your players for something that did. Especially when he's supposed to "lead by example." And I'm discounting that play because the refs had called Havlat for diving a minute later and were looking to even things up. Would you call Havlat a diver? Afaik he's never had a history of that. One instance doesn't make a tendency.
