The next 3 games are pretty critical for the leafs(when aren't they?), all in-conference against bubble teams(who isn't?).

Then a 3 game homestead.

We play the sabres twice and some really competitive teams, with a bit of hurricane sprinkled in for funzies. 16th/17th we hit the sabres on the road then the Nucks at home, 22nd/23rd we get the sabres at home and isles on the road. Thank christ we don't have to face the sabres on the end of a back-2-back, run-and-gun games leave us bagged for the start of the 2nd game. That Canucks game in particular could be nasty.

The eastern division has been ridonkulous this year.

A leafs fast-forward. just took a look at the March/april schedule, and we literally play nothing but expected bubble teams for a month and a half. Every game an Eastern game. Provided we're anywhere in the hunt at that time, the final month and a half will be nail-biting straight to the finish.
