Its funny how when Cammy went to the Habs for that absurd contract, i told everyone that the habs will regret it soon enough. Hes never been a team player and has always been selfish. Its just showing more and more now.

I think the Bourque pickup is a good one. Pseudo-goon with fairly solid hands going to arguably one of the softest teams in the league. His scoring ceiling is pretty high imo; Calgary just a brutal soul-crushing place to play. That said, Bourque is dirty as shit and I hate him.

And the Preds bounce back from 0-2 down to win 3-2 in OT. Huge fucking win!

I am leaving tomorrow to travel ~5,000 miles across the US. Will see the Preds twice in Nashville and once at the United Center in Chicago. May catch 1-2 home games on the way back as well. Isladar and Callisto, beers on me when the Preds rout the Hawks @ the Madhouse. I'll try to check in occasionally to talk shit as the Preds run through the Western Conference.

Unsure who got the better deal. As to me both teams may not even make the playoffs. Mtl. dumps 2.5M and the beginning of the salary dump for the Canadiens de Montréal?

Short term I think Calgary probably got the better of the deal as this might help them stay in the playoff race if Cammaleri regains his scoring touch from a few years ago. Montreal might win long term as they free up cap space and Bourque could be a good addition of skill and toughness that's youngerolder and cheaper then Cammaleri.

Edit: Ok wow Bourque is older then Cammaleri. Uhhh well at least he's cheaper

Same as how I've said since Day 1 that Penner is a useless Staypuft Marshmallow Man, and this year has been more than proof enough.
To be honest, I didn't expect him to be THAT bad this year though.
