2011-2012 NHL Season Thread: FUCK COREY PERRY

Zuke was amazing tonight. He's by far the best passer on this team, even more than Richards. Every pass he did on the PP was crisp, tape to tape, and quick.

If he goes down I'm going to **** bricks. On a roster full of grinders, he's pure skill. Has to stay.

Tonight was probably Richards' best game as a Ranger all year. Maybe its a product of him finally being on a line with Gaborik. Hope he can keep it up.

Good to not fall even further to the Pens. Huge 4 point game against Pittsburgh on Thursday.

Huge 4 point game against Pittsburgh on Thursday.

Yes indeed. That game is already a must see. Now add in the possibility of Crosby coming back as well. Can't wait for Thursday.

It'd be an amazing accomplishment and a great storyline given the injuries, but I'd rather us not catch up to the Rangers to be honest. With the way things are going it looks like a sure thing that it'll be Penguins and Flyers in the first round, and there is no other team I want the Pens to start off the playoffs against. What better way to get into the swing of playoff hockey than against our biggest rivals, with some excellent storylines in that match-up as well.

**Selamis** · 2012-03-11 21:57

FUCK

Needed that second point

**Deader2818** · 2012-03-11 21:58

Shame on you Hawks for leaving me with faint hope.

**Deader2818** · 2012-03-11 22:24

I saw that Kane goal. I have no idea how they allowed that.

In OccupyFHL, Callisto backs into #8 and final playoff spot by nature of Breg having an even worse week.

Playoffs next week!

In ESPNFHL, Mote and Ishido beat Jorn and Vasilk. Next week will be:

#1 Judai vs #5 Ishido
#2 Kashka vs #3 Mote in the battle of the ultimate Lurker.

**Wulfgang** · 2012-03-11 23:15

Cannot believe STL is going to win the President's Trophy. Good news is that we're now only 4 pts behind DET with a game in hand. Also rumor mill is really cranking on a potential Radulov return to the Preds for the end of the season / playoffs.

That is scary if that is the case.

OccupyFHL it looks like Isladar and myself against the eeeeevil Palin in the first round. Enjoy being banned if we lose!

**Vaspinne** · 2012-03-12 02:28

Due to his recent play since he took the advice of the great one, this needed a bit of an update

I HAVE A CHANCE.

Definitely need Howard back and generating points though.

2 week matchups mean I'm probably fucked though.

Habs beat the #2 team in the league, and Markov's actually played a game...and looked pretty good for someone whos had 18 months off?

Vancouver played pretty garbage it seemed tho, but I think finally having Markov back in the lineup gives everyone a huge boost. What does this mean for the draft lottery chances tho?

**Sepukku** · 2012-03-12 09:55

YAHOOPLAYOFFSROUNDONE, READYGO!!!

(1) Sepukku, the King vs. [8] Turbo-Laser Rockets
(2) Team Vagus vs. (7) PEI Potato Bears
(3) Palin MetalGods vs. (6) AuntieThorador
(4) Its Bolland... Bitch! vs. (5) Y U HEFF TO BE MAD?

Losers: Bregor, Jornna, and whoever captained Schenn-Sational Joki and DonCherryDangleBerry.

**Ivaden** · 2012-03-12 12:39

Huh, when I looked late last night/this morning I was paired up against Thorador. At least I won't get banned now.

**Selamis** · 2012-03-12 15:19

As of two weeks ago I was certain I was getting 7th or maybe 6th, didn't expect to go 9-1 this week and jump into 4th but will gladly take it lol.
