Sep was the three home-team rule for the draft only, like can I pick up a third Hawk if they're out in the FA pool?

Honestly, you should be able to. You shouldnt be punished for following your own team more then other NHL teams.
Wow, Heatley scores with .7 seconds left to avoid being shutout 2 games in a row for the Wild.
Rangers and Flames going to OT.
Rangers score in OT with .5 seconds left.
Thanks for giving us BIG RY RY for free Habs <3 you lots.
Home from work > 1 minute left in overtime > Cheeseburger > Epic Win> Happy face
AND RANGERS SCORE WITH 1.7 seconds left in OT!!!!! RYAN MCDONAUGH. Thanks again Habs!
Sep, why you sit Quick?
The Flames were playing well too, lots of offensive pressure and good defensive coverage. First period goals, the first one was a good one, the second one was a bad giveaway on the PP. But at the end of the day, Lundqvist gonna Lundqvist =/. At least we actually scored on him though >_>
2014 who stars in goal for USA Miller or Quick?!
I had him in my lineup last night as starting, but once Miller got his shutout at ~9:40PM EST, I decided before 10pm games' start to bench all my goalies for the rest of the week (including Quick last night) to preserve my perfect goalie stats (0.00 GAA and 100 Save %) after Miller and Quick both got shutouts this week.
And yes Callisto, you can pick one up in FA pool.
Miller for sure, provided the NHL goes, even though he'll likely be beginning his slow decline by then. He won't be bad, he just won't be in his prime then. Quick, however, will be closer to that 25-28 prime age, just like Fleury has to be given real consideration for team Canada with Brodeur surely gone by 2014 and Luongo being Luongo.
My concern with Quick is he's not a "Lights out" goalie like Miller, Fleury, Price, Thomas from the times I've watched him - but then again I rarely get to watch him. It seems like his shutouts this week were more the results of his team playing well in front of him and keeping shots down. He doesn't pull saves out of his ass (that I've ever seen) the way the previously mentioned goalies do. Plus... it's just two fucking shutouts in October, both of which were against shitty teams. Miller went 41/42 on a Montreal team that controlled play all game earlier this week and then stoned a Panthers team that just scored 7 goals in their previous outing, so he's had an equal week himself. Only difference is, people KNOW they can expect more of this from Miller. I say a lot of stupid things on here, some on purpose, sometimes not - but I'm not already thinking for Vezina for Quick LOL
Shea Weber has got a date with the Shanahammer today for his hit on Jaanik Hansen yesterday. Weber has never had a suspension and Hansen didn't miss any game time so I don't expect a suspension. But since it was an illegal hit he might get 2 games.
Edit: There should be a suspension for diving like this.

I think Weber's a tough case for Shanny, I mean his facial hair alone can put a man through the glass, he can't be punished every time actually using his body explodes someone
