If the Sharks lose, their playoff fate is basically going to be decided by Dallas and Los Angeles.

I think Phoenix is going to make it. After tonight they just have ANA, CLB, @STL and @Miin to close out. They have the easiest of the 4 I think.

LA Has @EDM, @MIN, EDM, SJ, @SJ.

Looks like Dallas has the worst left to close out the year, followed by SJ, then LA, and last PHX.

I don't like Bylsma taking Kunitz away from Geno and sticking Sullivan on that line though, but hey what do I know, I'm just a fan, not a coach. He should've gotten an assist on Bailey's SHG for just standing there for 3 seconds and only started making a show of effort once Bailey crossed our blueline and it was too late. I'm still not worried yet, Niskanen should be back tomorrow or Sunday and Theissen returned to AHL so Johnson might get his first start tomorrow/Sunday. This wasn't a loss cause we didn't have Letang though like in the past. This was a loss cause we didn't play sharp mentally or effort-wise. Also, Neal is going through the Sidney Crosby crucible on the PP or when Bylsma tried 87/71/18 at 5 on 5 and 6 on 5. And by the Sidney Crosby crucible, I mean hes learning via looking like an idiot to keep his stick on the ice at ALL times and be ready to onetime/redirect at ALL times. At least twice Crosby fed him tonight and he looked startled that the pass went to him and he was caught off guard.

Amazingly the Sharks have a good record against Dallas so if they can figure out how to score they might make it but I don't know man. Dallas has to win those two games and could still probably lose two against Van, Nsh and Stl.

Id say Dallas is most likely to miss due to who they have left to face but San Jose doesn't have it to easy either.

Then again, LA sucks vs the Oilers so who knows.
