holy lord who stirred up the Jets lol
their skates lol.
Alright I'm a bit lost for my Yahoo league tomorrow, Who would you guys start,
I have Stamkos, Zetterberg at center
Sharp, Staal at LW
Hossa, P.A. Parenteau at RW
Lidstrom, Souray, White, Ehrhoff on D
my bench is Burrows, Roy, Kronwall
Thinking of swaping in Burrows for Sharp, and moving sharp down to RW replacing Parenteau.
Got my team set thru November 5th, comp finally let me log in.
Set it far in advance just in case it fucks me again.
Also hi Blue we is winning.
Oh look we won.
3-1 road trip thru western canada AWWWWW YEAHHHHHH
If Henrik is the king. Biron is the queen, hes absolutely FABULOUS
Seems Richards and Gaborik still arent clicking?
Team in general isn't clicking. Mostly they can't hit the net nor are willing to shoot.
Honestly Torts' system sucks. I won't be sad when he eventually gets fired. But we're winning and playing average so that won't happen anytime soon. Maybe if we miss the POs this year.
They need to get rid of Jacques Martin...
I always believed Martin was going to be a one year thing. Halak messed that up big time.
I would just think the amount of money they are paying them, they would want more production out of them.
I only saw the opening game of the year vs the Kings so not sure and was basing it off the states. Overall, the rangers offense just seems more of the same, not enough of it and relying on their goalie to bail them out.
Karma/Valisk don't forget you can put people on IR through the "Manage IR" function on the Standings tab. Looks like you're at acquisition limit for the week though so might help you till next week.
You're not incorrect, but Richards-Gaborik have really been the only offense we've had despite all that. None of the other lines are clicking and moreso no one is SHOOTING THE PUCK. Or if they do they miss bya mile. That's honestly the biggest issue. PP also sucked balls, 4% until tonight where we went 2/2.I only saw the opening game of the year vs the Kings so not sure and was basing it off the states. I think you sabotaged me Palin, already at acquisition limit for the week on a Monday =/
First time doing fantasy hockey and I don't quite understand the Manage IR feature. Is it like a "holding block" where I can put people on IR without releasing them into free agency until they get healthy?
I still can't help but shake my head when I see how bad the Habs are doing this year. From my ex-favorite team to just painful to watch this year.
Aside from Carey Price, PK Subban and Mike Cammalleri, that whole team is expendable.
Andrei Markov you say? He gets hurt and hangs out with DiPietro, Hemsky and Conolly on IR Island 75% of every season. Gaborik has since sold his time-share there.
Jaroslav Spacek? I'd say Turnover King, but that's what Wellwood's been nicknamed at a breakfast buffet.
Hal Gill played his 1000th game last week - since most coaches are intimidated by 7'3" to say he's terribad to his face.
Andrei Kostitsyn - Kovalev syndrome. Plays lights out... if he wants to that week.
Erik Cole - I realize they needed someone taller than 4'7" at forward, but like I said earlier, without Staal, yikes.
Brian Gionta - One time he potted almost 50 in a defense first system. But 25 goals or so isn't bad. Just don't expect 40+ a year. But a Cheechoo-esque drop in scoring. Ok, maybe not -that- bad, but dropping each year.
Travis Moen - Leads the team in goals... this is a very bad thing. Even if after 8 games. If at any time you can say "Travis Moen has more goals than anyone else in this room." it's not good.
Max Pacioretty - Surprised he's the team's leading scorer, but it is only the first month of the season.
There's nobody exciting coming up, so it's not like they can say there's hope on the horizon. Granted I finally caved and cheered for my hometown team full-time this year, but at least they're in a solid rebuild. Hall, RNH, Eberle, Paajarvi. Montreal has to rely on Louis Leblanc to somehow be the great French hope of the future.
While all the young guns may move on from Edmonton after their 3-year entry deals are done, they'll at least have provided something exciting to watch for 246+ (playoffs this year or next.) games.
Well Pacioretty is back injured for a long time![]()
Palin lemme know if you still need a goalie this week.
Yep thats exactly how it works. Putting them on IR frees a spot on your roster until you activate them again. So you have about 3 people you can pick up.
I removed the play acquisition limit for this week so your team can catch up, since you're a few weeks behind.

Sent you an offer.
