I'm not really in the mood to go all detective work, but if someone else wants to, I remember the season series between the caps and habs to actually have been in favor of the habs, in both GF and points obtained. The season series vs the pens was more even matched, but I felt with the momentum of eliminating the presidents trophy winning caps, the habs had a really good chance. It helped that Halak went total fuckin beastmode, but it wasnt as surprising to me as to others. Once they hit the flyers, I figured they were just completely gased, not to mention they were pretty much little girls compared to the thug flyers.
