    Blackberry problems sync

Hello i got a problem with my dad's blackberry and i know shit with it.

Dad is using Outlook 2007 with a blackberry torch 9800 i think he always sync his BB with his PC (windows 7 32bts) he sync Contacts Calendars and nots on 2 sides. (so outlook to BB and BB to outlook)

But last week his PST file got corrupted bad and had to restart a new PST. But luckily i was able to transfer his contacts and calendar without a problem

But now when he sync with Desktop Manager (latest version) It doesn't let him sync his BB to outlook but only calendars. It doesn't give him an error it just sync like if it doesn't detect a modifications

    Test we did

Add a new Calendar to his BB and sync (Outlook doesn't get it)
Add a new calendar to his outlook and sync (BB gets it)
Add a new Contact to his Outlook and sync (BB gets it)
Add a new Contact to his BB and sync (Outlook gets it)

So atm i cannot sync any new calendar added to BB to outlook

Anyting i can check? I deleted the sync and remade it and still no good.

I've read on sites something about cical but he doesn't use Microsoft Exchange.

    Anything else to try?

    Thanks

Couple suggestions (I recommend trying them in order):

Verify that your CICAL email matches your outlook email. Some apps modify this and it will effect calendar syncing.

Options -> Advanced -> Default Services

    -----------------

Right click on desktop icon and select "Run as Administrator".
Then click on Synchronize, but do not proceed...instead click on "Reset Config".
You will be asked to verify this step.
Then, highlight the filename in the second line and Ctrl C.
Next, goto Start, Run and press Ctrl V.
    Press enter.
It will bring you to a folder containing an Intellisync folder.
    DELETE the folder!
It is the cause of the problem.
After this, you can resume your Synchronization configuration as you did initially. Your problem should be solved.
