People will look for any excuse to justify drops. Moon Phase is just one of those things people use to justify their luck (or lack thereof).

Hard telling. Sometimes I believe the moon phase does play a role in the drops since I noticed when my shell farms coffer keys the rate seems to be shit during a full moon.

The game is still young and wildly unpopular, we have the chance to nip this sort of speculatory nonsense in the bud.

People just need to be mindful and avoid purporting anecdotal, confirmation biased experiences and just take some real statistics.

Hopefully we can spare ourselves years of day/time/weather/direction/moon phase/sock color/planet alignment pseudo theories.

No matter how much testing we do, no matter how much we prove silly theories to be incorrect, people will still believe them and come up with new ones.

Despite the fact that you're targeting his "left" and "right" horns individually, you have to hit him from the front to hit either of the horns. Aside from that inconvenience, the weaponskills used to do so are pretty much either a waste of TP or a waste of a party member (Victimize II, Twisting Vice, Spinstroke II, Bloodletter, Simian Thrash, and Brutal Swing II).

My mule has almost hit 50 mrd(25k to 49) so this coming week sometime I should be able to PL my gld from 20/22? to 36 for sentinel and finally be able to run this. No idea if I'll make it in time before patch though.

i got so lucky with weapons, i think i have won between 40 and 50 times, got 5 weapons so far and no dupes, only missing bow and blade.
