Played a bit today...Ken vs Ibuki the battle of who is going to get knocked down first. That's definitely a 5-5 match up, although Ken might have an advantage because of his higher vitality

Ken is one of my harder matchups usually.

Hardest matchups are the ones where most of her combos whiff target combo MP or standing LP:

Deejay (absolute hardest matchup)
Blanka
Dudley
Bison (this may be her worst matchup between 2 high level pros)
T Hawk (much tougher than Gief)
Ken (step kick causes issues for her)

Yeah, your best bet on wakeup is crouching throw tech, especially if you don't have meter for EX bingo. You aren't really going to win anything else unless you catch me with an ultra.
