Are you knew to fighters overall or just SF4? I've been trying to help Jonny get his feet wet as well, you'd be welcome to hop in the schoolin' sessions.

Was actually decent at Hakumen in BB: CS, but haven't played a fighter for about a year now. Pretty much brand new to SS aside from dicking around on emulators once every couple years.

I think BB: CS was released at like 30 bucks, can't imagine this one being much higher.

I'm sure you'd have a shot at winning, but I wouldn't say easily. You'd get top 3 probably, but our top 2-3 players are miles above me and one of them is a Gief, and all of them have extensive Ibuki matchup knowledge because we have a ton of them around here, though only 1-2 are on your level with her.

And yeah, CSE is $40 new.

No other player I have seen comes even close to the execution I see in Sako. He may not have the most BP on Ibuki, but he is definitely the best Ibuki player out there. Several of these matches are from Super Cammy though.

I kinda wish he would pick up Juri that would be delicious.

You were playing my friend last time at SF4. I saw you left shortly after. I wont let him play you again <_<

oh I was just moving on to matches with welt, I figured you two were switching off by the shotos at the start. I was a little salty about the Juri matches but that was about it, I could tell it was him by the taunts. The Deejay one, eh, I have a ton of problems with Deejay and almost took him so I'm fine there.

IMO - Sako is the best player in the world now.

Daigo in Japan is the equivalent of Alex Valle in the US. I was looking at the charts for BP and win rate

Daigo's win rate with Ryu 75% BP 145,000+
Michael Tan's win rate with Ken 85% BP 225,000+

Mind you Michael Tan's Ken had to face AE: Akuma, Yun, Fei Long and Yang and still managed that. What ever happened to Evo Japan?

daigo is just good under pressure, lol. the guy can go into a crowd of 10k people and play like we do when its only 3-4 us in the room. i dont know many people who can do that, and that's probably why so many people give him more credit than he probably deserves. i think he's one of the best players in the world, and i dont have anything against him, but i cannot stand the idolization that follows him wherever he goes, lol.

my fav player is maeda taison, because if you watch naruto, he's like the equivalent of shikamaru. the guy's a genious, but he's too lazy to apply himself, and he never studied AE or 2012 despite him playing a few casual games. for online people, i also like tsrai because he makes blanka look like he doesnt suck. but my favorite american player is banana ken.

Playing Endless with a friend for 3½ hours, he says cross-ups are cheap and that I need them to win over him.

I win the next 5 matches with nothing but normals and footsies, he leaves the room without a word.

Edit: apparently he left the room to check the replay since his ex tatsu glitched and didn't hit fully leaving me standing on the ground after 3 or 4 hits.

You can't look at those win percentages directly. They don't even play in the same arcade. Daigo mainly plays in Tokyo's premiere arcade and as far as I know Michael-tan is based in Kyushuu. Edit: Top ranked Sagat has a 92% win percentage and no one has heard of him:

It's like if you dominate your local arcade, have a great win percentage it doesn't mean squat.

Seems like the only ideas foreign countries want to borrow these days from US is the money making ones. Not the lets compete and have fun together idea.

Everytime I check online theres been a new JP onry tournament in Japan this past year.
(not really JP Onry but whos gonna fly out to Japan for one weekend)

Also that bullshit with SBO, can't tell me that wasn't supremely fucked up.
