i can deal with it on most characters, but i dont know how to deal with it on shotos, rog, or guile. bison can just st. roundhouse, blanka can up ball, etc

or people who run all the time with characters that are suppose to be offensive i mean i kill myself sometimes due the stupid boredom, thats why i normally use makoto once i know their game plan want to jump back bish? heres is my godly dash + fukiage keep trying to run away.
but then again i suck with makoto i dont know how to create a good pressure thats why i stick with rose i only have to about attacking and almost no defense since most of her moves are safeeeeeeeeeeee.
