i totally forgot we played until you mentioned it, but who cares if they suck or not lol. my bison is shit, but i cant tell you how much fun i have playing him. my yang is even worse, but shoot, i play him because its fun lol. its nothing against you or any other one character people, i just dont like playing 1 character over and over

and octo is right. playing as the character you suck against makes you better at that matchup. i played sakura for fun and know her gimmicks, which is why that shit after ex tatsu never works on me lol, but i still always have a lot to learn. i have no idea how to fight people on bison or ken, like an ibuki that doesnt hold back all the time (my favorite people to fight.. welt), seths, aggressive cammys, and aggressive sims... they exist and if you come across one, its terrifying lol. they're rare as hell, but man. they're there. but there are still a ton of matchups i dont know/probably will never know, but i dont care. i play everyone lol. blanka only will make me lose my mind

your Bison was harder because you didn't know him as well, instead of the scissor pressure I was expecting you just kept throwing me lol

In terms of which characters I have the most usage with

1. Ken
2. Ryu
3. Rose
4. Cammy
5. Gen
6. Guile
7. Makoto

These are all the characters I have over 1000BP with. I have the most experience with Ken and Cammy, although I have not used Cammy nearly as much since Super. I tried her a couple of times and had no idea what to do. I picked her up again a few days ago and now I have several of her frame traps and BnBs down. I could also control spacing with her better than I can with most of the cast. I tried out Evil Ryu for a little bit he's fun to use, getting two or three openings with him is all it takes sometimes because he has some of the most damaging meter less combos.

For the life of me I did not like using Makoto it was like trying to pop the clutch on a car with a flat tire.

im still learning him, but i definitely have modes in which i can apply sk pressure, octo blocked like 8 kicks before i got an ultra in the face once lol. but i like to frame trap more, but i DO remember you backdashing a few times! i was happy, too lol. if you're against the corner, you're pretty much screwed with bison, which is where i threw you the most, and backdashes cant save you there, lol. but just try to time it. i kept doing it so i you can figure out a rhythm to it, not so much me trying to get in your head.

im glad you dont take those things personally. i loveeeee every loss i get, because i learn something lol. i wont rage, and im always willing to run anything back. so its cool to see you like that as well. :D

As interesting of a character Gen is, I can't get passed around the amount of bad match ups he has. Cammy or Evil Ryu it is.

some of the hardest matches i had are when i played abel and went against gief, thawk, or seth. if i play bison, my hardest match is a good, defensive guile, and if i play ken, for some reason i have issues with claw... claws are usually punching bags for me lol. but on ken, i seem to struggle with him.
