Ok, I need to know what settings I should be using for SSFIV PC. It runs perfect in training and versus but the second I go into online mode the game feels LIKE INPUT HELL, even worse than PS3.

Air EX Tatsus turn into j.HK
Kara commands are completely ignored
EX Cannon Strikes are upward jumping HK

It's almost like the stick is slower than the buttons

I think I have won maybe 4 matches in the last 30. I know I'm not that bad. I also know it's on my end only. Yesterday I played a Ryu where I could barely move and he landed solar plexus strike to cr.HP at least 4 times, clearly not lagging.

k yeah I'm done with this game. Same shit about play okay for a week, go to play offline and I can't land a single fucking link that I do 500 times a night, can't tech a single throw, can't do a goddamn thing. Try to shake it off and this morning it's the same shit, it's like I'm back to where I was 6 months ago. See you guys on SFxTK.

sadly this is true. standing and cr. jab from balrog just stuff 90% of cammys moves/pokes. So fucking hard to get any momentum on Balrog without getting interrupted/punished/whatever. And once you have momentum going for you they just destroy it with their superarm rush specials (EX moves), FFs. God I hate that match up. Makoto suffers the same problem there, albeit her standing HK beats balrogs jabs clean (and is a very good trade) and her bigger throw range help her.

Generally I hate fighting Boxers and Blankas. Stupid Fights.
