Halo is probably the game I'm best at I've ever been hardcore into; traveled for tourneys, had 2 MLG teams, did well, etc. One of my best girlfriends actually dated Strongside for a while when she was going to Xavier. Now she dates one of my best IRL friends, who just happens to be a top 10-20 COD player in the world, go figure.

After that, Marvel 2 in terms of skill level, but I haven't touched that in years and years.

I am horrendous at CoD/BF3. I can't get into them because I feel like nothing is on the line. I didn't care for Halo Reach much either for the same reason (win or lose you level up). I liked Halo2/3 level system and taking alt accounts to 50 was so much fun. Around 48/49 you had to win 10 in a row to level up, or lose 1 and you're fucked. So intense at high level play!!

Madden...suck ass at Madden hahahaha. FFXI is hard to say someone is good or bad, but people are good and bad. I didn't encounter with many ppl I considered on my level. A few NA and JP, but I had everything in that game and multiples of them (example: EX kaiser set as a level 1 PLD when all NA tanks when purple armor was considered elite). Again, its hard to judge ppl or take comments seriously about MMO skill levels. Someone good at a fighting game or RTS is far more impressive than any MMO player, pvp or not.

That's so true, i've been hearing that a lot of totally geared out ffxi players now are still pretty fucking horrendous in skill compared to us veterans w/ lvl 75 zilart/cop/toau gear. Lol

i had to tank this big ass dragon called shiryu or whatever in shitty gear and some +1 AFv3 (yeah 3's) and it was on a pickup group. this was supposed to be a hard boss, and people were uploading youtube videos of them beating it, etc. but that thing was ridiculous. i felt like i was tanking a robber crab at a skillup party. but than again, we are a bit more disciplined lol. so, im not gonna judge. but it's really hard not to. they got a drink on that game that turns you into rukenshin ver. 3000 for a minute or whatever and lets you beat the crap out of anything while being basically invincible


thats when i realized it was never gonna be as good as the days we had and just stopped lol

A thousand times this. When I first hit the endgame scene I joined an all JP shell who did Kirin runs at 3AM my time on Tuesdays, fucking sucked. Years later came the 3 month period of camping KA with Ruke and I swear to god that ToD stayed within the 1-3AM time slot for ~2 months. Fuck that game, never again.

In other news, I'm playing this guy (3k pp) and barely beats my Cammy and pm's me "your rog is your best bet." The dude then leaves after a little while pops again, I proceed to beat the shit out of his 2ndaries w/ my Sakura, I then pm "your bison is your best bet." He claims his little brother was playing and thus losing to my 'trash' Sakura. I was like "lol k." I then bust out the Rogstar and beat his Bison 6 straight and lost a single round (damn lag). I then pm "u want some lube?" He then spams my psn telling me how my character is garbage, easy to play, blah blah major QQing. Laughs were had today.

I play pretty much weekly on the SRK TNT stream but it doesn't attract viewers like the socal streams, especially now since they have TRB on the same night as TNT. I did well tonight and got third though, PR Rog beat me up pretty bad though =/
