I don't think there's anything specific you're doing that'd make you have a bad matchup with your friend, for the most part you have all the important shit down, don't jump in on her, stay out of cr.mk range, etc. A few too many random ultras and spots where you punished with throws instead of with a combo were the only faults I saw.
