UKFdubstep is usually up to date with the most recently dubstep tunes.

Just use a youtube - mp3 converter.

Rusko, Doctor P, Flux Pavillion, Skrillex.

Pretty much this, I die a little inside every time people talk about dubstep and the first thing that comes to peoples mind is UKF, Circus/Rottun/Play Me records, and the whole brostep sound in general then write dubstep off as bad. Check out the Dubstep Allstars Mix CD's 1-6 (4's my fav), everything you'll need + more is there.

Dubstep is like metal now, a lot of shit is misclassified and people name the style depending on how they feel. The only people who really know what the fuck is dubstep are from the UK. And then there are the people who go find the most underground shit and say that's the only real dubstep, which again isn't.

No offense, but you guys talking about dubstep like this sound like fucking pretentious hipsters. I agree and all, 75%~ of dubstep put out is watered down wubwobwob shit, but like any genre of music it's going to go mainstream and more content is going to be put out, which leaves more room for most of it to be "shitty" to your standards.
