Laptop streaming problem.

So whenever I stream with my laptop the stream gets choppier and choppier the longer I watch.

The thing is: If I refresh the page I'm streaming it starts over again. I don't understand it.

At first I thought it was overheating but when I refresh the page it wouldn't stop being choppy if it was overheated still.

Also is it live TV or just stuff like Youtube?

Try monitoring CPU/memory usage while streaming.
