PC?!

I hope those aren't a hoax. If they aren't, that must mean PC version will come out <= 2 months of console release. Awesome. Hopefully it will run better than GTA IV.

I'd kill for a PC version, as I really don't want to buy the PS3 version. My friends have Xbox's, I don't, and there is nothing comparable to GTA multiplayer with friends LAN or not. 90% of the time we just play this tag game we made up with the cars. 2-3 people in vehicles, 1-2 guys on foot, no weapons, guy on foot must get from point A to B alive. If he dies he swaps with the killer. I have no idea why it is so damn fun but it really is, especially if we have a lan party.

Knew there was no way in hell it would be out by spring.

Rockstar has announced that Grand Theft Auto V will be available on PS3 and Xbox 360 from September 17.

The company has revealed that while the game was originally intended for a much earlier release sometime this spring, the delay was necessary in order to polish the game up.

A statement reads, "We know this is about four months later than originally planned and we know that this short delay will come as a disappointment to many of you, but, trust us, it will be worth the extra time. GTAV is a massively ambitious and complex game and it simply needs a little more polish to be of the standard we and, more importantly, you require.

"To all Grand Theft Auto fans, please accept our apologies for the delay, and our promise that the entire team here is working very hard to make the game all it can be. We are doing all we can to help ensure it will meet if not exceed your expectations come September – we thank you for your support and patience."
