Woot, copy arrived in the post this morning, i love how amazon ship on a Friday to meet a Tuesday release date, because if they post early enough, i get it on Saturday ;D

edit: Sure it's been mentioned, but a 8486mb install, as soon as you pop the game in, was pretty automatic since i was logging onto FF14, it's not the usual PS3 install/update screen, it's a GTAV screen.

It's available to play, sorry got caught up on garuda farming.

First impression, I'm enjoying it a lot more than GTA4, that's for sure, car handling especially feels waaay better, the car is actually attached to the ground, rather than a sheet of ice. The character switching is well done, and has a purpose rather than just being a gimmick, excellent dialogue, interesting characters, a hell of a lot of guns, i've done a few marksmanship challenges in the gun store, everything felt pretty good.

Currently driving around in a Mini Coupe Sport, fucking car is awesome.

incoming edit, just flew my first plane, trying my best to avoid any spoilers, but yea, several hours in, really enjoying the experience, the plane itself was a little twitchy and i won't beable to compare with 4 until i pilot a helo, because i remember hating helo's in 4 with a passion.

Each character has a set of skills that can be improve via certain repetition, some characters start better at certain things than others, and each of the 3 main character's has a special skill, no idea if those have been mentioned so i'll say nothing.

Also played some Tennis, AI kicked my ass though.

How are you playing it early? Store broke the street date or torrent?

amazon post 2-3 days ahead to meet the pre-order release day date, so they sent it Friday at 2pm, i received it Saturday at around 11am :D

UK, my post has always been extremely quick if it gets dispatched early enough, exact same deal with diablo 3 last week, dispatched on the friday, arrived on the saturday. Flown a few helicopter's definitely feels like improved handling over GTA4, not sure what else to mention, because again spoilers, but i'm enjoying the storyline ;D

Might not be that different from PC considerthing the XB1s OS is a customized version of Windows.
