wait if you can walk around, then aren't you past the intro? After Lamar drops me off, my guy walks to the blue circle by himself and then I get stuck in endless loading.

one time it loaded without the blue circle, but it still acted like the mission was active, there were no other activities, but i could walk around and use my phone

360 is the same. Get stuck waiting for it to load. fwiw two of my friends on brobox have been able to get it to work.
