After selling the vehicle a few times, you should have money to upgrade it and continue the process. I forget if the video mentions it, but Musical Horn 5 and Bulletproof Tires are the biggest items for increasing vehicle value. There's also a trick to skipping the Sell Vehicle cooldown if you screw up, as long as you don't save your character while it's cooling down (otherwise you have to wait 45 minutes real time). It's as simple as turning off your system for a minute and then hopping back on from story mode.

Another PC release rumor - Q1 2014

Rockstar will release a PC version of Grand Theft Auto V in 2014, Eurogamer understands.

Multiple industry sources have indicated the open world game, currently available for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, will come out on PC in the first quarter of 2014.

The release plan mirrors that used for Grand Theft Auto IV, which released on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 on 29th April 2008 before launching on PC in December 2008.

A PC release should come as no surprise. In August GPU maker Nvidia's senior director of investor relations Chris Evenden mentioned a PC version of GTAV during a financial call.

Supposedly there was a patch released. Not sure if it was fixed on PS3 or not, but brobox's patch is held off until tomorrow from what I'm reading. Best be safe and make your money while you can!

Money in the Bank

Given some of the recent technical issues during these first days of GTA Online, and now that things are starting to look much smoother (touch wood!), we are planning to provide a special stimulus package for all who have played or will play Grand Theft Auto Online this month. We will be dropping a cool half a million GTA$ in the GTA Online bank accounts of all players this month, starting as early as next week.

‘Don’t Spend It All in One Place!’

In order to keep the current worldwide in-game economy balanced, we will be providing this GTA$ to players via two deposits of $250,000. We will announce specific dates as soon as possible, but are currently hoping to be able to make the first deposit by the end of next week (after we’ve confirmed that issues causing game progress loss have been fixed) with the second installment to happen by the end of the month. For players who experienced cloud server errors, connection issues, and lost game progress and characters in these first days of GTA Online, we hope this GTA$ helps to facilitate a fresh start or makes your continued life in Los Santos and Blaine County extra sweet.

Below are a few more details on how it will work. Stay tuned for tips on how to make the most of GTA$ cash, info on ways and places to earn more cash fast, as well as updates on all the new GTA Online content additions we’re working on for this fall and beyond.

You must play or have played Grand Theft Auto Online at any time during the month of October 2013 in order to qualify for the GTA$500,000 deposit in your in-game bank account.
Players will first have to install a forthcoming GTAV title update which we expect to happen next week. That title update (1.04) is expected to fix the remaining instances of issues that have caused vehicle purchase loss and will also enable the functionality through which we’ll be providing this GTA$ stimulus cash to players.
We will announce at the Rockstar Newswire when each deposit is made.
Each of the two GTA$250,000 deposits will be made by Rockstar and should automatically appear in the in-game GTA Online bank accounts of eligible players. Beyond downloading the forthcoming title update mentioned above, there should not be any additional special action required by eligible players to redeem.

MUST BE NICE TO BE ABLE TO LOG INTO GTA5 ONLINE, cause I sure as hell haven't been able to. Hopefully this 15th patch will fix it.

I haven't had any login issues at all. I froze/lagged out of missions twice , but no login problems.

Step 2:Turn catch up off. Custom vehicle on. Traffic on and wanted level on.
Step 3:Change split times to personal time not world record.

Me and Snake2410 tested it multiple times and it works. I started at level 110 and now i'm 117 lol.

Make sure to beat your personal time every lap and the other person doesn't pass you. Alternate who wins each race.

"Grand Theft Auto V" attempted to lowball rapper Daz Dillinger, then jacked his music without paying him a cent ... this according to a cease and desist letter Daz fired off to the makers of GTA V.

In the letter to Take-Two Interactive Software and Rockstar Games, Daz and his attorney say "C-Walk" and "Nothin' But the Cavi Hit" are used in the record-setting game, even though Daz turned down the company's "offensively low offer of $4,271.00 for both songs."

Now, the ex-member of the legendary Dogg Pound is demanding they make him a better offer or -- and this is a biggie -- recall and destroy ALL unsold copies of the game.

Keep in mind ... more than 15 million copies of GTA V have already sold -- and there are probably just as many, if not more, sitting on store shelves right now.

Not to mention the riot such a recall would cause in the gaming community.

Daz tells TMZ this case is about "respecting an artist's work. Rockstar didn't do that here and I can't let them get away with it."

Daz and his attorneys at Kushner Carlson are giving the GTA V makers 14 days to comply with their demands ... or strike a deal.

Considering how little they paid Michael Hollick for doing the VA for Niko Bellic I'd say this is par for the course.
