With the built-in movie editor, I look forward to seeing the crazy things people do with this.

Has anyone figured out how to import music yet? Google gives a bunch of results from years ago for xbox360 but I haven't found any for PC.
So this game's PC launch seems to have a ton of problems. People are reporting that the launcher crashes on them unless they disable their video card in Device Manager (nVidia only apparently) and other people are having trouble with the launcher crashing if their Windows username contains non-standard characters.
Personally, the launcher is working for me, but it crashes after a few minutes of downloading the game. I get about 1GB at a time before the launcher crashes with a "stopped working" error. I'm connected to my home machine by RDP though, so that might have something to do with it.
Introducing "Running, Man" - the first video EVER made on GTA V's new PC video editor!
We were honored to be commissioned by Rockstar Games to make this kickass video, made entirely using the new in-game editor. A lot of you guys have said you're looking forward to seeing what we do with the GTA V PC editor, so hopefully you enjoy our first video!
Le sigh. I'm really contemplating buying this now. Like, right now.
go to 33:50 and note what is in the bottom right corner of the launcher window, then watch as the drama unfolds over the next few minutes

When Arkanna said something about having to download the game through the launcher a gig at a time between crashes I assumed this was for non-Steam. I didn't have any issues downloading the game through steam and didn't use an external launcher as far as I am aware. I had to log into the Rockstar Social stuff and link/activate my account there but that was it I think. Either way I don't have anything useful to contribute so I will leave it at that.![]()
Correct, my copy is non-Steam. I had to download it through the Rock Star Social Club or w/e it's called. But, my issues were RDP related. Once I got home, the game downloaded just fine and I haven't experienced any of the other issues people have been bitching about.
The game is crazy so far, lol.
I think I'm going to be a nut and buy the boxed version, unless Nuuvem gets more copies for $29. I'm a weirdo that likes having the discs for collection purposes.
Welp, I was going to drop some 4k photos because this game looks so good, but BG bucket doesn't like files over 3 MB.![]()
The guy responsible for ENB (Skyrim, etc) and ice enhancements has declared the PC version unmoddable.
He was mostly referring to graphical mods. It was elaborated further and the game likely could be moddable, but said mods would only work on cracked versions of the game since almost all of the files in the legal version are encrypted.
All the game data is split up throughout several large encrypted files, thus making it very modder-unfriendly. Which is pretty lame, considering the game has a built-in record feature and video editor. But I guess it makes sense because of Online and wanting people to pony up for their DLC.
Encryption has already been cracked. A fully workable (steam and non steam version) trainer for inf. health/ammo/etc is out. A public version of the tool to decrypt the files we'll be available soon. Start here: http://gtaforums.com/topic/714694-v-...ntry1067317828
is this heavy encryption the reason we have a 65gb game?
