Got an email this morning saying unable to charge my card for 6000 microsoft points. First, I would never buy in increments that huge. Second, I was asleep when it happened. This happen to anyone else?
And i cant fucking call for 3.5 more hours...

Also, they change your gamertag logon to some bullshit [email protected] that you can't change.
Fuck microsoft.
edit: i still havent gotten my money back. 34 days later. i even reported it to my bank.

The card on my account is no longer valid, so I didn't get charged, but god damn it this sucks

you get 3 free 1 month gamertag per xbox, just use that in the meantime.
edit: at least you aren't like me and only user your gamertag for GFWL which i was completely locked out of for a month.

Theres been a shitton of this happening lately. Basically, people from the other side of the world hack your shit, buy a ton of points, spend them all on FIFA 12 crap then sell the account.

Isnt your xbox live account basically your hotmail account? I might be wrong, but if it is, I can't imagine it would be hard to hack someone's email.
