Probably just YouTube being retarded, it happens sometimes. I dunno what format you're rendering it in but I've never had that problem using .mp4, seems to have the best compatibility with YouTube (since it converts it in to that anyway).

We just figured it out, my friend said it was a problem with the codec. The sound seems like 95% perfect but theres some parts where I feel like it's a little off. I could just be paranoid though Originally Posted by Kiarax

Watched a chunk of it yesterday. Most notable thing was probably just how you guys (well, those guys... I stopped after the fightan bit so I didn't catch your segment yet) didn't really seem comfortable infront of the camera. But I suppose that's just a case of getting used to it since I'm guessing this is a new thing for most of you. The animu segment felt like it dragged on a bit too but I think I recall you saying it's gonna be shorter in future. I dunno how much you really had planned but it seemed a little... I dunno, not focused too or something. I don't know if a complete script or anything is necessary but it seemed like people were just rambling a little with no real direction (mostly the animu bit anyway). If you're trying to keep it in short segments it's probably best to have a few key things you want to talk about and keep it concise.

Yeah you're completely right. The problem is that everyone has so much stuff they want to talk about, and everyone tried packing in as much info as they could without really relaxing and just letting it flow naturally. I told the anime guys that they should use subtitles just for the lulz (and partly bc I couldn't understand wtf they were talking about) and we're going to work on being a bit more organized in our discussion.
We spent the past couple days laughing at all of our mistakes and nervousness on camera, so the next few episodes should seem a lot more relaxed and natural. We also want to aim for 5-6 minute segments, so we can pack everything into a nice 30-35 minute show. I really thought 48 minutes was too long for a pilot because people aren't going to want to sit through a show that long when they might not even have an interest in every subject.
