CCC will not load

I just recently upgraded to a BIOSTAR A870U3 AM3 AMD 870 with a AMD Phenom II X4 955.

Installed all drivers from their website. Boots up with only an error for CCC saying it has crashed.

I have been able to tweak my card settings using MSI Afterburner but now I cannot get a wallpaper image to load. Windows will only let me do solid colors.

Any help or ideas would be appreciated.

So a quick update to anyone that cares. Fixed the issue. Fresh install of windows cured all issues.

Fuck, this is most likely what I will have to do. Anytime I try downloading the latest AMD drivers, Windows tells me it doesn't detect any and my screen res is far off from the native. I can't go past 11.8 drivers.

That is exactly the same problem I had. Also wouldn't detect my TV and would be stuck on a horrible resolution.
