    I do Lion/Horn/Ultimate. No idea on the math if the +DEX mod on RR outweights the straight up +ThunderDmg though.

    Generally speaking horn/lion/ultimate is the best for dmg. But RR isn't too far behind and does help with meleeing some down if you want
