Wind weather can pop in aydeewa as it shares weather with wajaoom, which isnt it as uncommon as people seem to be saying...but its not a gov dungeon so 16 minute repop timer will bone you.

The frequency table pretty much says it all. Wind weather is incredibly common during April-August, and shows up a bit on march/september, but outside of that range, it's incredibly uncommon.

There is until the next update, but then there may not be. Clipper got C&D'd fairly recently. Also, be careful. People have been spreading fake versions of Clipper.

Going off this, I'm just wondering, would using an exp ring help with decreasing the min level?

Say you use an exp ring that doubles your exp, does that mean the min exp needs to be >=.5 (before the doubling), or does it not work that way? (Or in other words, is the exp ring bonus applied before or after flooring the exp gained?)

I guess I'll test it when I get back later today, but just wondering.

edit: According to wiki, the exp bonus is after the floor, so I guess that wouldn't work.

This reminds me: I tried GM flag the other day and all it did was made blinkmenot stop working. No GM flag, no running through ppl, nothing. Do I just have an old version or something?

finally finished my moonshade and capped tonberry hate, so I'm happy with my MNK verethragna TP set (VW gear aside) but can I get some ideal MNK 95 sets for smite and TP inside and outside? I stalked ffxiah for any 95 sets but all are marked for 90 if at all and Gokku's only has outside smite

do I ws in rancor now? or that str4 attack15 neck? I've held off getting beir+1 or ire+1 since just before the level 95 update waiting to see what would come out and haven't tweaked it since

also for head is augmented shura+1 better than MKE hat?

Nothing on clipper broke last update, I'm pretty sure the only reason the flags broke a couple updates ago was because of the updated icons or something. Not sure what broke the speeder.

Someone said you can get 2 Sneak Attacks off during Bully if your timing is right, but I don't see how this is possible. Sneak Attack's recast is 60 seconds. 50 seconds with merits I believe and Bully's duration is 30 seconds. Wouldn't this only be possible if you SA before the fight and wait for the recast to reach >30 seconds then use Bully and SA again? Don't think its possible to get 2 off during a fight, right?

Can only get 2 off if you precharge SA, can't reliably get 2 off every use of bully.

Thinking of brewing a few Azdajas and I read it has some sort of magic damage resistance, is this true? If so would something like Fel Cleave or Jin be better for brewing him.

Wildfire twoshots with ease. Aeolian Edge probably works fine too, you just wouldn't want to use Sanguine Blade or Cataclysm since Azdaja is dark based.

Just helped a guy that ended up having to use Aeolian. Didn't really have all the right stuff for it but still managed to do 3 per brew easy fighting only 1 at a time. Cloudsplitter and Trueflight and herculian slash should be almost as good or better as the standard dark ones... only in this case much better cause it's dark based.
