No more than 200k. I'd bet if you looked hard enough you could get it for half that, but I'd think it'd be hardly worth the effort.

No idea on the BB items, but I know the Black Belt itself is sendable. If that helps at all.

For causal player who just restarted from scratch, is walahra turban worth getting at 75 now or don't bother, assuming other haste head pieces that are better that aren't a pain to aquire. (jobs-pld-war-nin)

I wouldn't bother. Zelus isn't that much of a pain to get and it's 8 haste for all jobs. And most DDs have af3+1s that have at least 5 haste on them and are rather easy to get but obviously job specific

Turban is useful before you get the better pieces that are available for optimal sets. It may also benefit mage jobs that don't have an empyrean(any?) or AH Haste head slot.

Edit: Nvm Zelus all jobs... not worth it

The latest data does not have Flag04 (Sendable within PoL Account), so you cannot send them. (Unless they have been stealth changed since the September mini update, but I think someone would have mentioned that.)

Edit: Spawns aren't really fixed spots, they're just around those areas somewhere.

Do crafting guilds share the same stock, or they are independent from each other? say I raid the cooking guild from windy for X-item, then head to the Whitegate one, will they have that item in question in stock at the new location? (assuming it's an item that gets restocked by the guild every day and not by player's sells)

They are indepedent. So out of the way ones are often good. Like say the Goldsmithing guild all the way off in mhaura

Seconding this. When I was doing some low-level Clothcraft I would check Windurst, Selbina, and Al Zahbi to get materials on the cheap.

What's the appeal of the TP Bonus +25 Moonshade Earring for Empyrean WS? I was always pretty sure the following were true:

- When the WS is affected by the amount of TP used, it works in increments of 100... (WSing at 150 TP has the same effect as 100... 299 TP is the same as 200 TP... etc)

- TP Bonus doesn't effect Aftermath thresholds.

I always thought the earring would only be useful if you're WSing while having either between 175 and 199 TP, or between 275 and 299 TP (and not affecting Aftermath at all)... in a sense, useless.

Not true, it scales (supposedly evenly) with TP, 150 TP is the average of the value of 100tp and 200tp

That is correct, though.
