I'm leveling BST for farming Dyna currency, are Eva axes good with Dipper or are the PDT ones much better? The Eva ones are so easy to make, I'd love to go that way unless it's going to be really noticeable.

Dipper is pretty much eva capped, so no.

PDT are useful, and the DA axe is really good for dot if you want to put the time into it.

Just logged in after fixing my XIView, and changing the settings to in ffxi config, and my macros won't show up on my main character (full screened) off of my controller but they are on my 2box (800x600), and when I open the macro menu it gets stuck where i cannot escape out to continue playing and the only thing i can do is /shutdown lol

I have no idea what's wrong but I can't play without macros any ideas?

should say this is the first time logging in since version up, if it wasnt obvious already

There's an explanation of how to fix this on Windower.net forums. You have to put a couple of the original DAT files back.

its really expensive, and the jug requires a fish thats 100 skill cap and (its not all that clear on wiki, but it looks like...) requires an ebisu or lu shangs to catch.

I know it's expensive. I can fish up the fish easy myself. Just want to know if it's even worth using. Ie how does it compare to dipper. Ie comparative Th, evasion, def, dmg. Is it in the end a better Th pet if somewhat more expensive

used to have windower set to 1440x900 with bg 2880x1800 for my 19 in. just got a new 23in monitor, set it at 1920x1080 for both and it works fine but I want a little higher quality. would multiplying x1.5 get me good results? what do other people have for those type monitors?

Is there a reason Tachi: Shoha isn't showing up on my ws list? I have it 5/5 and my sam is 96

Edit: nvm my gkt skill is too low, forgot I haven't played except for lv'ing to the new lv cap since lv 75 and used polearm in those pts, lol

That's what I was thinking I just though my wife had tried that on hers not too long ago and it made everything really tiny. Don't remember the exact settings though.. ty for the info.
