If you choose to interpret the law that way, you could likely say that anyone with a sincere moral or religious belief that all white, protestant male students in elementary schools are going to burn in hell for all eternity would have the right to walk up to said white, protestant, male students and tell them that they are going to burn in hell for all eternity.

Honestly, part of me would love to see this reverse-racism bullshit called on its bluff for once. People are so afraid of being discriminated against for being white, middle class, and Christian that they demand equal protection under the law. They may as well receive equal treatment along with it.
