XBOX 360 System Update Failed Error

Started up mass effect and it told me I needed an update from Live. So I updated,
now every time it starts I get:

"System Update Failed

Can't update your console. Please visit www.xbox.com/support

Status Code: 335A - 3524 - B380 - C000 - 0102"

When I go to the support site, it doesn't even have this error code listed. Haven't been able to find anything about this online either. I have no red lights, all green. Not a clue what to do.

Might have to format your hard drive. I had this happen to me when I tried to install and update FFXI and the support from Xbox was just a cut and paste of uselessness.

You shouldn't need to format your entire drive, just delete the past Mass Effect data. Be careful not to delete your save.

Also, make sure you have the XBL ports open on your network;

Port 88 (UDP)
Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)
Port 53 (UDP and TCP)
Port 80 (TCP)

Dav, I've had that happen a couple of times. No clues as to what causes it, but I was able to download the update to my PC and just put it on a flash drive. There are instrunctions on xbox.com on how to do it

Welp, tried all that. Now it just goes to a black screen with a white rectangular box and nothing written in it.
