Protip: the MLB has revenue sharing. They don't see a dime of jersey sales.

They do, but only sales right at and in the vicinity of the ballpark, so it's not anywhere near enough to offset a significant chunk of that $51.7 million. MLB's revenue-sharing model makes it pretty much impossible to monetize international exposure, so Darvish pretty much has to earn all this money right there on the field.

.225 last year. Was homerun or bust for him. Still a good fantasy sleeper pick since he seems to draw a decent amount of walks. If he can get his average up to .250-.270 he's going to cash in big for the 2013 season.
