they do but it was still an epic dunk because of the circumstances. the reason why so many NBA'ers got all crazy over it and it was degree of difficulty and whom he dunked on. vince even said if it was on brendan wright (who is prolly perk's size or at least longer) it'd be different. perk is regarded as one of the toughest and most rugged players in the nba and he is strong as an ox.

also, and maybe more importantly, watch the entire play, not just the dunk itself from a bad angle. the angle from the baseline makes it look rather plain.
