I cant seem to find anywhere that actually says WHAT the racist comments against Jeremy Lin were.( plus after the first 4~5 sites that are just copypasta of each other and only talked about the apologies it kinda got boring checking.) Does anyone mind just actually saying it?
I dunno, but the chink in the armor shit was hilarious.
the headline on espn was "chink in the armor" after he had the 9 TO game against new orleans.
Beaten but there, you got to see it three times
Thanks. And i finally found it(yes the articles all literally didn't have the word chink in them for me to be able to catch it) like 10 links deep in the search. You guys are apparently better sources of information than most sports networks.
Also less offensive but still racist stuff like "yellow mamba" and "who said asians can't drive?"
In a league dominated by blacks and browns I can't believe how much racism there is for a yellow guy.
Spike Lee wearing a Harvard jersey at the game was awesome btw.
She wouldn't mind being the lucky lady:
Also how is yellow mamba racist? Then black & white mamba are also racist.
Because black mamba is an actual snake? Had nothing to do with Kobe's skin color.
And the fact it a black guy that made the comments.
Black people racist?

But really though, that SNL skit is fucking hilarious. The Melo not wanting Chinese in his MSG joke was the best.
No one has ever seen a 6 foot Asian that can ball out before, so lifelong boundaries and stereotypes are being broken. The blatant racism is only a result of seeing an underdog Asian newcomer dominating a black/white man's sport. Once we get used to it, he'll be accepted and loved for who he is.
he's already accepted and loved. it's just people think that it's funny/fine to make racist remarks towards asians whereas you'd get eviscerated if they were towards black people.
Personally, I think it'd be funny either way.
Calling someone yellow is the equivalent of calling someone black or white, not nigger.
Are you retarded?
