Bulls were on a great run WITHOUT Rose, they can clearly beat good teams without him, so therefore they should be able to beat the Knicks. But instead he was throwing up bad shots in the first half and didn't get hot until the 2nd but by then all those wasted possessions in the 1st half showed itself. If Rose is rusty he should have started himself on the bench like Ray Allen did his first game back, if he's starting there's no excuse.

Actually he was terrible in the first half he had 6 points. In the 3rd when the bulls mad the run and took the lead it was because of rose and his 14 points.

I don't think anyone expected him to be MVP right out of the gate. He needs to know his ability better than that and change his play based on it. If I know I'm rusty and it will take a game or 2 before I'm back up to speed, I'm not trying to put the team on my back and jack up 25 shots.
