Well despite two straight night, he was clutch in those wins when it mattered at the end of the game. Against Memphis he set a perfect screen for Durant for the clutch shot. Then tonight he came up big in the 4th to keep OKC there.

He's been a big part of those 4 wins, even if your Rose-Colored glasses refuse to let you see it.

I don't understand how he manages to shoot such a low percentage from the field. He must have awful shot selection

part of his problem is he's skilled enough to make pretty much any shot he wants. so couple that with basically forcing it up in bad situations and you get 4/17 or whatever he had tonight.

Also, James Harden should be starting. That would help out Westbrook more than anything. Everything just makes sense with Harden on the floor.

In the fourth quarter, Westbrook was at the free throw line and was having a rough game up until that point. The crowd out of no where just started chanting RUSS-ELL! RUSS-ELL! RUSS-ELL! It seemed to give him a little confidence because the he drained the very next jumper he took. My wife literally almost started crying when it happen because she said it was so sweet that the fans believe in him.

He had a rough first game defensively, and game 2 in Golden state sucked for everyone, so we'll just write that off as a bad game. Game 3 vs. the kings was decent, including a block, a strong move to the rim instead of settling for his fade away jumper, and several contested rebounds. He also had a clutch-ish jumper to deflate a kings run at the end of the 3rd when rose and noah were sitting because of foul trouble. It was a nice all-around game.
